Questions

What clients ask before they start.

Will I lose control of my finances if I outsource?

No. You keep ownership of your accounting system, bank access and approvals. We work inside your software under user access you grant and can revoke, and you have 24×7 access to the same numbers we see.

How do you keep our data confidential?

Every engagement runs under a confidentiality agreement, access is role-based and logged, and team members only see the clients they serve. We can also work to your own IT and data-protection policies.

Do you handle local tax filings in my country?

Yes, across the countries we cover, through our own teams and vetted local partners, coordinated from a single point of contact. Where a filing needs a locally licensed agent or auditor, we prepare the work and manage that partner for you.

What does a virtual CFO actually do each month?

Typically a monthly review meeting, a management and cash-flow pack, budget-versus-actual analysis and on-call support for decisions such as pricing, hiring, financing and investor conversations. The scope is agreed with you and flexes as your needs change.

We want to enter Africa or the Middle East. Where do we start?

With Explore, a fixed-fee diagnostic: country selection, a regulatory and tax scan, foreign-exchange and repatriation risk, the competitive landscape and a go / no-go recommendation with an entry-mode comparison. If you go ahead, Enter covers structuring, ODI compliance, incorporation, licences, banking and partner search. Operate is our monthly accounting and virtual CFO service. You can stop after any stage.

Will we be able to get our profits out?

That depends on the country, and it is one of the first things we test. Some markets have exchange controls or slow access to hard currency. Explore assesses repatriation risk before you commit capital, Enter sets up the structure and treaty position, and Operate plans dividends and profit repatriation with the India-side reporting.

How is pricing structured?

Accounts outsourcing and virtual CFO work is a fixed monthly retainer based on transaction volume, number of entities and the reports you need. Market entry is a fixed fee for Explore and a project fee for Enter. You get a written proposal after the first conversation.
